Expert in Identifying Smart and Sustainable Clustering Models in the Logistics Sector
PPosition Details:
The selected expert will be responsible for:
Conducting a comprehensive literature review on existing clustering models in the logistics sector.
Analyzing EU-funded projects and current or past strategies related to logistics clustering, including ADRIPASS, MultiAPPRO, and other initiatives involved in the data collection model.
Developing a data collection framework and engaging with partners to gather region-specific data on logistics clusters using the appropriate templates.
Leading and facilitating a transnational workshop to discuss findings, share best practices, and gather further insights from project partners.
Drafting a summary report on findings, proposed clustering models, and their significance for the Adrion Region.
Analyzing data collected from surveys and studies to identify logistics needs, trends, and challenges.
Engaging with stakeholders, including research institutions, public authorities, ICT companies, and logistics actors.
Developing a detailed strategic plan for establishing and growing an inter-sectoral logistics cluster in the Adrion region, outlining actions, objectives, and timelines.
Drafting a secure data-sharing framework to improve IT interoperability and integrate Logistics 4.0 solutions.
Drafting a comprehensive report on the action plan, including priority measures, financial needs, and implementation strategies.
Collaborating to create the Adrion macro-regional logistics cluster by coordinating activities and preparing the necessary documentation, as well as for a business support platform for networking and digital advancement in the logistics sector, integrating ICT solutions such as IoT, AR/VR, and robotics.
Analyzing national and international experiences with logistics platforms, route planning, and green transport legislation.
Developing educational materials in the form of an e-book for logistics staff training, focusing on minorities, youth, and women, to enhance their digital skills in the logistics sector.
Professional Criteria (Terms of Reference):
Advanced degree in logistics, supply chain management, economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in cluster development and analysis, preferably in logistics or related sectors.
Familiarity with EU frameworks and previous relevant projects, such as ADRIPASS and MultiAPPRO.
Demonstrated expertise in conducting workshops and synthesizing multi-partner inputs.
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills in English.
Strong coordination and project management skills.
Ability to work in multicultural environments and collaborate with international partners.
