Call for Tenders: Provision of Accommodation Services for Project Activities – 6 Lots

Center for Competitive Skills (CCS) invites eligible economic operators to submit tenders for the provision of provision of accommodation services for participants, experts and other eligible persons involved in the project activities under the project: “Building Skills, Shaping Futures – On the Path to EU Integration”, Reference: EuropeAid/183647/ID/ACT/AL

The procurement procedure is organised as an Open Tender and is divided into six (6) Lots covering different areas of Albania. Economic operators may submit an offer for one, several or all Lots, subject to meeting the applicable requirements.

Interested economic operators are invited to consult the complete Tender Dossier attached to this notice, which includes the Instructions to Tenderers, Draft Service Contract, Terms of Reference, Organisation & Methodology template, Financial Offer/Budget template, Declaration on Honour and Tender Submission Form.

Deadline for submission of tenders:
30 September 2026, at 16:30

Tenders may be submitted:

• electronically, in accordance with the submission requirements specified in the Tender Dossier, to info@competitiveskills.org; or
• in hard copy, by hand delivery, registered post or courier to:
