The project aims to support young people aged 15–29 who are not in employment, education or training (NEETs) in their pathway towards employment, education or vocational training.
Within the project, 20 Job Clubs will be established in Tirana and Shkodra, reaching a total of 300 young people. Through practical activities, career guidance, individual support and employability skills development, participants will strengthen their readiness to enter the labour market.
The programme also includes meetings and visits to companies, giving young people the opportunity to gain direct exposure to the world of work and explore concrete opportunities for employment, education or training.
The project is implemented in Tirana and Shkodra within the framework of the Youth Guarantee, in cooperation with relevant institutions and local stakeholders.
The #EU4Youth project is funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and UNICEF, in cooperation with the National Agency for Employment and Skills and the National Youth Agency, under the coordination of the Ministry of Economy and Innovation.
