Subject: Call for expression of Interest for the provision of a conference room, in support of the implementation of the project “Journey towards employmen” supported by UNICEF.

Within the framework of the project “Journey to Employment”, with contract number ALB/PCA202233/PD2024171 supported by UNICEF, the Center for Competitive Skills  , announces the call for tender for the services, as follows:

Conference room and food services, catering , coffee breaks

Service details

The selected company will be responsible for providing conference rooms and food services, catering, coffee breaks for the period December 2024 – June 2025 , for the activities in function of the project that will be carried out as follows:

Technical requirements for the conference room

1. Minimum capacity : 30 seats; 2 parallel rooms of the same standard are required for one activity.
2. Equipment included :
   • Projector + screen or TV with Full HD resolution
   • Audio (speakers) & microphone
   • Flip chart holder, Wi-Fi
   • Lighting and ventilation / air conditioning THE Adequate
3. Services additional : staff TECHNICAL long all time , water IN table

Technical requirements for food service and coffee breaks

• Coffee break: Tea/filter coffee + milk, 2 fruit juices, 0.5 L water, 2 types of salty snacks, 2 light deserts
• Lunch : 3-course menu (salad or soup, main course, dessert) + 0.5 L water

The products must be provided according to a calendar determined by CCS, based on the days and quantity required for each activity, within the period December 2024 – June 2025. The quantity mentioned is maximum and distributed over several activities. Payment will be made only for the services actually performed.

Required documentation for application:

• Detailed cost for each of the above works
• The way of working and any additional information that may help us evaluate your offer.
• The commercial entity must not be in the process of liquidation, bankruptcy or restructuring due to financial insolvency. The company must submit an extract from the Central Register of Companies, which confirms its legal status, ownership and commercial activity.

Application procedures:

Applications must be in Albanian and contain a financial offer. Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications to the email address : info@competitiveskills.org , or to the organization’s offices, where the offer should be placed in a sealed envelope, specifying:

1. Name of interested applicant
2. Address of the interested applicant ;
3. Reference code for the above-mentioned tender procedure
4. The words “Not to be opened before the tender bid opening phase”
