In the framework of the project “Boosting the skills of young people to be integrated in vocational education and employment”, with contract number ALB/PCA/202233/PD202245, organized within the program “QENDRO” supported by UNICEF, financed by the government Italian company, the Center for Competitive Skills (English: Center for Competitive Skills), announces a job vacancy in the position:

PHOTOGRAPHER AND CAMERAMAN

Job position: Photographer, cameraman and marketing expert with experience to photograph and record events that will take place over 12 weekends in the districts of: Tirana, Durrës, Elbasan, Fier, Korçë, Vlorë and Shkodër, in the months of September 2022 to July 2023 .

The expert must have available all the work tools (camera, camera, computer for editing materials) for photographing and recording events in the seven cities, and will be engaged in:

• Collaborate with the CCS team to understand project goals, objectives and requirements.
• Develop and execute a photography and video plan that captures the essence of the project, the children involved and the mission of CCS.
• Using digital cameras, editing software to create high quality content that will resonate with your target audience.
• Photography and recording of 12 events, distributed in 7 different districts: Tirana, Durrës, Elbasan, Fier, Korçë, Vlorë and Shkodër, in the months of September 2022 to July 2023.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure all materials are delivered on time.
• Be able to adapt to changes in the scope of the project, be available.
• Ethics must be respected throughout the project, including confidentiality and protection of children’s rights.
• Using excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with children, team members and CCS.

The professional criteria of the requested expert (Terms of Reference) are as follows:

• Degree in photography / cinematography / directing / arts (or similar profile)
• Previous experience in event photography and filming
• Previous experience handling/editing materials (photos and videos) for preparation for social networks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to communicate effectively with young people as well as CCS staff and experts.
• Creativity and innovation. The expert must have a creative eye and be able to capture the essence of the project and the children involved.
• Youth management skills.
