The Center for Competitive Skills (CCS), as part of its ongoing efforts to promote the circular economy, is launching this call for an expert/company to provide:
Expert/Company to improve the interface and functionality of the Qarkonomi.al platform
Position Details:
The selected expert/company will be responsible for:
Improving the user interface and navigation for a more efficient and user-friendly experience.
Creating interactive tools for resource tracking and integrating external links.
Designing and developing a dedicated section to assist businesses in waste management practices.
Creating a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas on circular economy practices.
Professional Criteria:
Proven experience in developing and optimizing digital platforms.
Strong technical skills in user interface and experience (UI/UX) development.
Experience in designing interactive sections and online collaboration modules.
Required Application Documents:
Updated CV in Albanian or English.
Detailed cost breakdown for each of the listed tasks.
Estimated timeline for completing all improvements.
Work methodology and any additional information that may assist in evaluating your offer.
