Center for Competitive Skills (CCS), as part of its efforts to promote the circular economy, invites professionals and companies interested in contributing to:

Creating a series of animated explainer videos promoting circular economy concepts and sustainable business practices

Position Details:

The selected expert/company will be responsible for:

• Creating a series of animated explainer videos promoting circular economy concepts and sustainable business practices.
• Producing up to 6 animated videos.
• Each video will be up to 2 minutes long.
• Providing voice-over in Albanian.
• Including subtitles in Albanian.
• Delivery Deadline: Within 5 weeks from contract signing.

Professional Criteria (Terms of Reference):

• Documented experience in the development of animated videos.

Required Application Documents:

1. An updated CV in Albanian or English.
2. Estimated cost for project completion, including voice-over and subtitles.
3. Timeframe required for completing all videos.
