Center for Competitive Skills (CCS), as part of its efforts to promote the circular economy, announces this call for:
Expert/company for improving the interface and functionality of the Qarkonomi.al platform
Position Details:
The selected expert/company will be responsible for:
Enhancing the interface and optimizing navigation for a better user experience.
Developing interactive tools for resource tracking by integrating external links.
Designing and developing a dedicated section to assist businesses with waste management practices.
Setting up a forum for discussions and idea sharing regarding circular economy practices.
Developing a specific section to offer two online courses, including:
Videos, PowerPoint presentations, digital materials, quizzes, and student progress tracking.
Functionality for issuing certificates upon course completion.
Optimizing digital training materials (PPTs, PDFs, web-adapted content) for the platform.
Professional Criteria (Terms of Reference):
Proven experience in developing and optimizing digital platforms.
Strong technical skills in user interface and functionality development.
Experience in developing sections for online courses.
Required Application Documents:
An updated CV in Albanian or English.
A detailed cost breakdown for each of the tasks listed above.
Estimated timeline for completing all improvements.
Work methodology and any additional information that may assist in evaluating your offer.
