Center for Competitive Skills (CCS), as part of its ongoing efforts to promote the circular economy, is launching this call for an expert/company to provide:
Expert/Company for developing and integrating online course sections on the Qarkonomi.al platform
Position Details:
The selected expert/company will be responsible for:
Designing and developing a dedicated section to host two online courses.
Integrating multimedia content including videos, PowerPoint presentations, digital materials, quizzes, etc.
Developing features for tracking student progress and automatically issuing certificates upon course completion.
Optimizing training materials (ppt, pdf, web-adapted content) for seamless web experience.
Professional Criteria:
Proven experience in developing online learning platforms.
Advanced knowledge in designing and developing digital training environments and user progress management.
Experience in integrating interactive tools to increase user engagement in online platforms.
Required Application Documents:
Updated CV in Albanian or English.
Detailed cost breakdown for each of the listed tasks.
Estimated timeline for completing all improvements.
Work methodology and any additional information that may assist in evaluating your offer.
