The Center for Competitive Skills represented by the Executive Director has a simple and flexible organizational chart that is largely based on the involvement of external experts, based on the type and nature of the activities carried out.

  • The highest decision-making body of the Centre is the Board of Directors, consisting of three members, with a five-year mandate..
  • The highest executive body of the Centre is the Executive Director. The Executive Director is elected by the Governing Board for a two-year term with the right to re-mandate. He conducts his activity in accordance with the Statute and Act-Establishment.

The Centre involves high level experts with an extended national and international experience in many aspects of the Vocational Education and Training sector such as policy formulation, teacher training, curricula development, teaching and learning materials, project implementation, etc.

The CCS experts have given a serious contribution to the qualification standards and curriculum development in VET sector in Albania and Kosovo.
