Job description and responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and development of materials addressing psychological well-being, development of social competencies, and inclusion of vulnerable groups.
• Work with individuals and groups to support processes of education, career orientation, and social integration.
• Support the implementation of project activities, including monitoring and evaluation, with a focus on psychological and social aspects.
• Manage daily office documentation, including archiving and preparation of various materials.
• Plan and organize internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and note-taking.
• Support project staff and office managers with administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist the Program Coordinator in implementing project activities, including planning, logistics, monitoring, and evaluation.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the position description (psychology, social sciences, social work, education, or related fields) or equivalent work experience. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse social groups and addressing psychological and social issues is preferred.
• Previous experience in office administration or similar roles is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and the ability to manage content on these platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Albanian and English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
