The aim of this activity is to build the capacity of the 10 Regional Directories of Public Vocational Training (RDPVT) under the National Employment Service to facilitate the development the modular programs for the competence based short training courses, at the provider level, based on the regional labour market needs and in accordance with the methodology described in the “Methodological Guidelines for Short Modular Courses”.
